Preparing for your Plus3 Germany Trip

Remember to bring your passport and HTH insurance card they are crucial to your health and safety.

Our last pre-departure meeting will be Tuesday, April 7th from 8:00 to 10:00 PM in 280 Mervis

Next Plus3 Germany meeting Tuesday, March 31st 8:00PM to 10:00PM room 280 Mervis Hall

You will receive your company group assignments, and we will go over the expectations for the group presentations which are next week on Tuesday.

We will also go over any questions you might have and give you a sheet on what to pack and some practical matters in Augsburg.

All group Plus3 Workshop Sunday, March 29th in 1700 Posvar Hall from 2:30 to 5:30

We will be holding our all group session on Sunday, March 29th. We will be going over the Study Abroad Contract, the Code of Conduct, Travel Advice and you will hear from students that participated in the program last year.

We will be having our first Plus3 pre-departure session on March 3rd from 8:00PM to 10:00PM in room 280 Mervis Hall.
The next 3 pre-departure sessions will be on
Sunday, March 29 from 2:30PM to 5:30PM in 1700 Posvar Hall
Tuesday, March 31 from 8:00PM to 10:00PM room 280 Mervis Hall
and
Tuesday, April 7 from 8:00PM to 10:00PM 280 Mervis Hall
